1. Sautรฉ the Aromatics:

2. Build the Broth:
Add the diced carrots, celery, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning to the pot. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer. Let the vegetables cook for about 8โ10 minutes, or until tender and aromatic.
3. Add the Pasta:
Once the broth is simmering, stir in the pasta. Cook until tender, about 8โ10 minutes, depending on the pasta shape. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
