Crispy Cheese Ham Rolls

  1. Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
  2. Place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese in the center.
  3. Fold the sides over and roll tightly, sealing the edges with beaten egg.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  6. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

💡 Tip:

Try using smoked turkey instead of ham for a different flavor twist!
