Step 1: Cook the Potatoes 🥔
- Boil baby potatoes in salted water for 10–12 minutes, or until fork-tender.
- Drain and toss with butter, salt, and pepper while warm. Set aside.
Step 2: Soft-Boil the Eggs 🥚
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully lower in the eggs and boil for 7 minutes.
- Transfer to an ice bath or cool under cold running water. Peel and slice gently.
Step 3: Sear the Salmon 🐟
- Season salmon fillet with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon skin-side down (if using) and cook 3–4 minutes per side until crispy and golden on the outside, tender and flaky inside.
