1️⃣ Slow Cook the Chicken
- Place chicken breasts or thighs in the bottom of a greased crockpot.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce and chicken broth over the top.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2.5–3 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
2️⃣ Shred the Chicken
- Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the sauce in the crockpot and stir to combine.
3️⃣ Add Tortellini and Cheese
