Crockpot Steak Bites – Tender, Flavorful, and Melt-in-Your-Mouth Delicious

These Crockpot Steak Bites are tender, juicy, and bursting with savory flavor. Slow-cooked in a rich, garlicky marinade, they’re effortless to prepare and perfect for serving over mashed potatoes, rice, or even straight from the crockpot. Whether it’s a busy weeknight dinner or a cozy family meal, this dish is guaranteed to please!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

  1. Prep the Steak: Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels — this helps them soak up the marinade and stay tender.
  2. Mix the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Load the Crockpot: Place the steak bites into your crockpot. Pour the marinade over the top and stir gently to coat all the pieces evenly.
  4. Add the Butter: Scatter the butter pieces over the top for added richness as it cooks.
  5. Slow Cook to Perfection: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until the steak bites are tender and juicy.
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. These steak bites are delicious over mashed potatoes, rice, roasted veggies, or served as an easy party appetizer!
