👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Oven & Dish
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×9-inch (or similar) baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
2️⃣ Mix the Filling
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
- Stir until everything is well combined and creamy.
3️⃣ Assemble
- Spoon the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with crushed buttery crackers, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese on top.
4️⃣ Bake
