  • If you prefer a slightly different texture, you can replace the oats with breadcrumbs. Just make sure you adjust the amount of breadcrumbs to maintain the right consistency.
  • For an extra savory kick, consider adding a bit of garlic powder, or even chopped bell peppers, to the meat mixture.
  • Leftover meatloaf can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. It also reheats well in the microwave or oven. Simply cover it with foil and heat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for about 20 minutes, or until warmed through.
  • This meatloaf is great for sandwiches the next day. Just slice it thin and add some cheese for a delicious lunch or dinner.
