Elf Snack Mix – Sweet, Crunchy & Fun Holiday Treat

👩‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Mix the Dry Ingredients

• In a large mixing bowl, combine the pretzel twists, Chex cereal, mini marshmallows, and mini M&M’s.
• Gently stir together and set aside.

2️⃣ Melt the Coating

• In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and peanut butter.
• Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth (about 1–2 minutes total).
• Stir in the vanilla extract and mix well.

3️⃣ Coat the Mix

• Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the snack mix.
• Gently toss with a spatula or spoon until everything is evenly coated.

4️⃣ Cool and Set

• Spread the coated mix onto a large parchment-lined baking sheet or tray.
• Allow to cool at room temperature until the coating sets (about 10–15 minutes).
