For best presentation, chill all juices thoroughly beforehand so the punch stays cold without relying heavily on ice. This helps preserve both flavour and fizz. If preparing the fruit garnish in advance, keep the orange slices covered to prevent them from drying out.
The punch is best enjoyed fresh, especially because of the ginger ale. However, the juice mixture (without ginger ale) can be prepared several hours ahead and kept refrigerated. Simply add the ginger ale right before serving to restore its lively sparkle.
