Fresh Cottage Cheese Veggie Wraps

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Tortillas:

  1. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds. This softens them and makes rolling easier without tearing. 🌯🔥

2️⃣ Assemble the Wraps:

  1. Spread 2–3 tablespoons of cottage cheese evenly over the center of each tortilla. 🧀
  2. Layer on cucumber slices, julienned carrots, red bell pepper, avocado slices, and a handful of greens. 🥒🥕🌶️🥑🌿
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with hot sauce or balsamic glaze if desired for added flavor. 🌶️🍇

3️⃣ Roll and Serve:

  1. Fold the sides inward, then roll the wrap tightly from the bottom up.
