- Spread a thin layer of the Parmesan sauce over the bottom of the baking dish to prevent sticking and add extra flavor.
- Place 2–3 tablespoons of the crab filling onto each lasagna noodle. Spread evenly and roll up tightly from one end to the other.
- Arrange the roll-ups seam-side down in the prepared dish, fitting them snugly in a single layer.

- Pour the remaining Parmesan sauce evenly over the roll-ups, making sure they are generously coated.
- In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the roll-ups for a crunchy, golden topping.
- Add extra shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese blend over the top for added gooeyness.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the top is golden brown.

- Let the dish cool for 5–10 minutes before serving to help the filling set slightly.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and a lemon wedge for a bright, zesty finish.
