Fresh Crab Lasagna Roll-Ups with Creamy Parmesan Sauce

4️⃣ Assemble the Roll-Ups

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the Parmesan sauce over the bottom of the baking dish to prevent sticking and add extra flavor.
  3. Place 2–3 tablespoons of the crab filling onto each lasagna noodle. Spread evenly and roll up tightly from one end to the other.
  4. Arrange the roll-ups seam-side down in the prepared dish, fitting them snugly in a single layer.

5️⃣ Top and Bake

  1. Pour the remaining Parmesan sauce evenly over the roll-ups, making sure they are generously coated.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the roll-ups for a crunchy, golden topping.
  3. Add extra shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese blend over the top for added gooeyness.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the top is golden brown.

6️⃣ Garnish and Serve

  • Let the dish cool for 5–10 minutes before serving to help the filling set slightly.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and a lemon wedge for a bright, zesty finish.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the creamy, cheesy, seafood-packed perfection!
