For Soaking

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)

For the Cream

  • 2 packets whipped cream
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • (For thicker cream: 1 packet powdered whipped cream + 1 packet liquid whipped cream)

Fruit Filling

  • 2 bananas (sliced)
  • 8–10 strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 handful of blueberries or cherries
  • Optional: peaches, kiwis, pineapples
