4️⃣ Sauté the Mushrooms
- In the same pan used for the sausages (or a clean skillet), add a touch of oil or butter.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 3–4 minutes until browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Roast the Tomatoes
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the mushroom pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft and blistered, stirring occasionally.
6️⃣ Cook the Potatoes
- Slice the potato into thin rounds. Pan-fry in olive oil until golden and crispy on both sides, or boil them if you prefer a lighter version.
7️⃣ Assemble the Breakfast
- Arrange the sausages, egg, toast, mushrooms, tomatoes, and potatoes neatly on a large plate.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top for a bright finish.
- Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite beverage — a cup of English breakfast tea or coffee!
