Full English Breakfast

4️⃣ Sauté the Mushrooms

  1. In the same pan used for the sausages (or a clean skillet), add a touch of oil or butter.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 3–4 minutes until browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper.

5️⃣ Roast the Tomatoes

  1. Add the cherry tomatoes to the mushroom pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft and blistered, stirring occasionally.

6️⃣ Cook the Potatoes

  1. Slice the potato into thin rounds. Pan-fry in olive oil until golden and crispy on both sides, or boil them if you prefer a lighter version.

7️⃣ Assemble the Breakfast

  1. Arrange the sausages, egg, toast, mushrooms, tomatoes, and potatoes neatly on a large plate.
  2. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top for a bright finish.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite beverage — a cup of English breakfast tea or coffee!
