Garlic Butter Lobster-Stuffed Biscuits 🦞🧈 – Decadent, Flavorful & Irresistible

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Lobster Filling 🦞

  1. In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the chopped lobster gently, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.

2️⃣ Prepare the Biscuits 🧈🍞

If Using Canned Biscuits:

  • Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands to make space for the lobster filling.

If Making Homemade Biscuits:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add milk (or buttermilk) and stir until the dough forms.
  4. Cut the dough into 8–10 biscuit-sized portions.

3️⃣ Stuff & Shape the Biscuits 🍪

  1. Take a tablespoon or two of the lobster filling and place it in the center of each biscuit.
  2. Pinch the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling to seal, making sure the stuffing is securely enclosed.
  3. Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4️⃣ Bake the Biscuits 🍞🔥

  1. Brush the tops of the biscuits with the garlic butter mixture (made with melted butter, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of paprika).
  2. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.

5️⃣ Finish & Serve 🍽️

  1. Once baked, brush the biscuits generously with the remaining garlic butter for extra flavor.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and a pinch of paprika on top.
  3. Serve warm as an appetizer or a side dish with your favorite seafood or pasta dish!
