👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Lobster Filling 🦞
- In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the chopped lobster gently, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2️⃣ Prepare the Biscuits 🧈🍞
If Using Canned Biscuits:
- Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands to make space for the lobster filling.
If Making Homemade Biscuits:
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add milk (or buttermilk) and stir until the dough forms.
- Cut the dough into 8–10 biscuit-sized portions.
3️⃣ Stuff & Shape the Biscuits 🍪
- Take a tablespoon or two of the lobster filling and place it in the center of each biscuit.
- Pinch the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling to seal, making sure the stuffing is securely enclosed.
- Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4️⃣ Bake the Biscuits 🍞🔥
- Brush the tops of the biscuits with the garlic butter mixture (made with melted butter, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of paprika).
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
5️⃣ Finish & Serve 🍽️
- Once baked, brush the biscuits generously with the remaining garlic butter for extra flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and a pinch of paprika on top.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or a side dish with your favorite seafood or pasta dish!
