Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Spicy Cajun Alfredo Pasta

Prepare the Cajun Alfredo Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  2. Add the heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer. Let the sauce cook for 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth. If the sauce appears too thick, gradually add a little reserved pasta water to reach the desired consistency.

Combine Pasta and Steak

  1. Add the cooked twisted pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the Cajun Alfredo sauce.
  2. Return the seared steak bites to the skillet, gently folding them into the pasta so every bite has a combination of tender steak and creamy sauce.

Serve

  1. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and freshness. Serve immediately while hot for the best taste and texture.
