Prepare the Cajun Alfredo Sauce
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer. Let the sauce cook for 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth. If the sauce appears too thick, gradually add a little reserved pasta water to reach the desired consistency.
Combine Pasta and Steak
- Add the cooked twisted pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the Cajun Alfredo sauce.
- Return the seared steak bites to the skillet, gently folding them into the pasta so every bite has a combination of tender steak and creamy sauce.
Serve
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and freshness. Serve immediately while hot for the best taste and texture.
