1️⃣ Prepare the Brownies:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a 9Γ—13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chopped chocolate together, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in granulated sugar and brown sugar while the mixture is still warm.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sea salt, and cocoa powder.
