- Prepare all fresh ingredients: peel the ginger and garlic, juice the lemon, and cut the pineapple into manageable chunks. Ensure the onion is peeled and roughly chopped to make blending easier.
- Add the pineapple chunks, lemon juice, onion, ginger, garlic, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne, honey, and apple cider vinegar into a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and uniform. The mixture should have a thick, pulpy consistency, with vibrant golden-yellow and orange hues from the turmeric and pineapple.
- Taste the blend and adjust flavors if desired. For a sweeter profile, add a touch more honey. For more acidity, a little extra apple cider vinegar can be incorporated.
- Optional: Strain the blend through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any fibrous pieces, creating a smoother liquid texture. This step is particularly useful if using the blend as a drink or in recipes where a silky consistency is preferred.
- Transfer to a clean glass jar or airtight container. The blend can be enjoyed immediately by the tablespoon, or chilled for a colder, refreshing version.
