Gluten-Free Cake Recipe 


1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan (use gluten-free flour for dusting).

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

3️⃣ Cream Butter & Sugar:

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until creamy and light, about 2-3 minutes.

4️⃣ Add Eggs & Vanilla:

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

5️⃣ Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Start and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix.
