Grill the Lobster Tails:
- Place the lobster tails shell-side down directly onto the preheated grill. Baste generously with the Cajun butter sauce using a brush or spoon.
- Grill for about 5–7 minutes with the lid closed, basting once more halfway through. The lobster is done when the flesh turns opaque, firms up, and lightly chars at the edges.
- Optional: For added char and smokiness, flip the lobster tails meat-side down for the final 1 minute of grilling. Watch closely to avoid burning.
Serve & Garnish:
- Remove lobster tails from the grill and place them on a platter. Drizzle with more of the reserved Cajun butter sauce.
- Garnish with additional chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side. The lemon brightens the rich Cajun butter and enhances the lobster’s flavor.
Serving Tips
Pair with grilled vegetables, herbed rice, or a light salad for a balanced seafood dinner. These lobster tails also make a stunning surf & turf pairing when served alongside grilled steak or lamb chops. Don’t forget crusty bread or grilled baguette slices to mop up every drop of that buttery, garlicky sauce.
