Grilled Chicken & Avocado Power Bowl – Fresh, Balanced & Wholesome

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:

  1. Season the chicken breast on both sides with salt, pepper, and a light drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Grill over medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden with grill marks.
  3. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.

2️⃣ Boil the Egg:

  1. Place the egg in a small saucepan and cover with cold water.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer:
    • 6–7 minutes for a soft-boiled center
    • 9–10 minutes for a fully hard-boiled yolk
  3. Transfer to ice water to cool, then peel and cut in half.
