1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:
- Season the chicken breast on both sides with salt, pepper, and a light drizzle of olive oil.
- Grill over medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden with grill marks.
- Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
2️⃣ Boil the Egg:
- Place the egg in a small saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer:
- 6–7 minutes for a soft-boiled center
- 9–10 minutes for a fully hard-boiled yolk
- Transfer to ice water to cool, then peel and cut in half.
