1️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Lemon Butter
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (be careful not to burn it).
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Keep the garlic lemon butter warm over low heat while you prepare the crab legs.
2️⃣ Preheat the Grill
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent the crab legs from sticking.
3️⃣ Grill the Crab Legs
- Place the split crab legs shell-side down on the grill.
- Brush generously with the garlic lemon butter sauce.
- Grill for 4–5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 2–3 minutes, or until the crab meat is heated through and slightly charred.
4️⃣ Serve
- Transfer the grilled crab legs to a platter.
- Drizzle with more garlic lemon butter sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness.
