Grilled King Crab Legs with Garlic Lemon Butter 🦀🍋🧄

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Lemon Butter

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (be careful not to burn it).
  3. Stir in the fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
  4. Keep the garlic lemon butter warm over low heat while you prepare the crab legs.

2️⃣ Preheat the Grill

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent the crab legs from sticking.

3️⃣ Grill the Crab Legs

  1. Place the split crab legs shell-side down on the grill.
  2. Brush generously with the garlic lemon butter sauce.
  3. Grill for 4–5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 2–3 minutes, or until the crab meat is heated through and slightly charred.

4️⃣ Serve

  • Transfer the grilled crab legs to a platter.
  • Drizzle with more garlic lemon butter sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness.
