Grilled Lamb Chops & BBQ Wings Plate Recipe

Directions

  1. Grill the Lamb Chops
    1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
    2. Season the lamb chops with your favorite seasoning or a simple mix of salt, pepper, and olive oil. For extra flavor, marinate the lamb chops for 30 minutes to an hour before grilling.
    3. Grill the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the grilling time to your preferred doneness. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Cook the BBQ Chicken Wings
    1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat if cooking wings on the grill or 400°F (200°C) if baking in the oven.
    2. Coat the chicken wings in your favorite BBQ sauce, or season them with salt, pepper, and a dash of cayenne pepper for a bit of heat.

    1. Arrange the grilled lamb chops, BBQ chicken wings, and cooked penne on a large plate.
