5️⃣ Cook the Potatoes
- Place cubed potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, or until fork-tender.
- Drain the potatoes well and return them to the pot.
6️⃣ Make the Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- Mash the drained potatoes with butter, roasted (or minced) garlic, and heavy cream.
- Continue mashing until smooth and creamy. Adjust the texture with more cream if needed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7️⃣ Serve
- Plate each steak with a generous scoop of garlic mashed potatoes on the side.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs or a drizzle of steak juices for added richness.
