Grilled Sirloin Steak with Garlic Mashed Potatoes 🥩🧄🥔

5️⃣ Cook the Potatoes

  1. Place cubed potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Cook for 12–15 minutes, or until fork-tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes well and return them to the pot.

6️⃣ Make the Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. Mash the drained potatoes with butter, roasted (or minced) garlic, and heavy cream.
  2. Continue mashing until smooth and creamy. Adjust the texture with more cream if needed.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7️⃣ Serve

  • Plate each steak with a generous scoop of garlic mashed potatoes on the side.
  • Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs or a drizzle of steak juices for added richness.
