Ingredients
For the steak:
- 1 ribeye or sirloin steak (250–300g)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 sprig rosemary or thyme
For the shrimp:
- 200g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
