1οΈβ£ Cook the Pasta π
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
- Reserve Β½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set it aside.
2οΈβ£ Grill the Steak π₯©
- Pat the steak dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over high heat.
- Sear the steak for 3β4 minutes per side until a deep crust forms, or cook to your desired doneness.

- Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, seasoning with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1β2 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
- Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and remove the shrimp from the pan. Set aside.

- In a clean skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, cooking for 2β3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce, tossing gently to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
- Return the sliced steak and cooked shrimp to the skillet, mixing everything together until evenly distributed.

- Plate the creamy steak and shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately while hot, with extra Parmesan on the side if desired.
