Step 1: Prep & Season the Shrimp 🍀

  2. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika for a little smoky warmth.

Step 2: Sear the Shrimp 🍳

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink, firm, and just opaque.
  3. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside on a plate.

  1. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt the butter.
