1๏ธโฃ Prepare the Fish
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels to help them sear evenly.
- Brush both sides of each fillet with olive oil.
- Season evenly with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2๏ธโฃ Cook the Fish
- Heat a large non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add a splash of oil if needed, then place fillets in the skillet.
- Cook for 3โ4 minutes per side until golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Transfer cooked fillets to a plate and set aside.
3๏ธโฃ Prepare the Lemon Butter Sauce
- Lower the heat to medium and add butter and olive oil to the same skillet.
- Once the butter is melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 1โ2 minutes until fragrant (do not brown).
- Add lemon juice, zest, and chopped parsley. Stir and let the sauce simmer gently for 2โ3 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4๏ธโฃ Assemble and Serve
- Arrange the cooked fish fillets on a serving platter or individual plates.
- Spoon the warm lemon butter sauce generously over each fillet.
- Garnish with extra parsley and lemon slices for a fresh, vibrant finish.
