- Grease a 9Ă5″ bread pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang on the sides to pull the caramels out later.The overhang acts like handles, making it easy to lift the candy slab once set.
- Spray the parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.This prevents sticking as the caramel cools and firms.
