👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Shrimp 🍤
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
- Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- (Optional) Toss with 1 teaspoon of cornstarch for a light, crispy coating.
2️⃣ Make the Honey Garlic Sauce 🍯
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce (if using), minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili flakes.
- Set aside while you prepare the stir fry.
3️⃣ Cook the Vegetables 🥦🥕
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli, carrots, and both bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4️⃣ Cook the Shrimp 🍤🔥
- Add another tablespoon of oil to the same skillet.
- Add shrimp and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
5️⃣ Combine & Glaze 🍯
- Return the vegetables to the skillet with the shrimp.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 1–2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly and everything is heated through.
6️⃣ Serve 🌱
- Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice or rice noodles.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
