- Roll the burritos:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling completely. If needed, place the seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes to seal the edge and add a light crisp to the exterior. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. - Serve with cheese sauce:
Once assembled and warmed, transfer the burritos to plates. Drizzle extra creamy cheese sauce on top, or serve it on the side for dipping. These overstuffed bacon cheeseburger burritos are best enjoyed hot, when the cheese is melty and the flavors are at their boldest.
Storage & Reheating
Wrap leftover burritos tightly in foil and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through, or heat in a skillet until crispy on the outside and hot in the center. Store cheese sauce separately and reheat gently before serving.
