4. Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups mango purée
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until thick but not stiff.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, mango purée, and vanilla extract. Fold gently until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container. Smooth the top and cover tightly.
- Freeze for 6–8 hours or until firm. For best texture, allow to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
5. Mango Cheesecake (No-Bake)
Ingredients
- 1½ cups mango purée
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 3 tbsp melted butter (for crust)
