Instructions
1. Make the Patties
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire (if using).
- Mix gently with your hands or a spoon until just combined — don’t overmix.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties about ¾-inch thick. Place on a plate and chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
2. Cook the Burgers
- Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil grates and cook burgers 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Stovetop: Heat a skillet over medium heat with a bit of oil. Cook burgers 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Air fryer: Preheat to 375°F and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
