Lemon Ginger Iced Green Tea with Honey

  1. In a medium saucepan or kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, immediately remove from heat to avoid over-steeping the tea and bitterness.

3. Sweeten with Honey:

  1. After steeping, remove and discard the tea bags and ginger slices.
  2. While the tea is still warm, stir in the honey until fully dissolved. Adjust the sweetness based on your preference.
