👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick spray or butter.
2️⃣ Combine Ingredients
- In a large bowl, stir together the uncooked instant rice, both cans of soup, water or broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the raw cubed chicken until evenly distributed.
3️⃣ Assemble the Casserole
- Pour the chicken and rice mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread it evenly with a spatula. If using, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
