Maple Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadillas

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Bacon

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels and discard most of the grease.
  2. Brush or drizzle cooked bacon with maple syrup while warm for that signature sweet maple flavor. Set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Beef

  1. In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook over medium heat until browned and crumbly, about 6–8 minutes.
  2. Drain any excess grease, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and keep warm.

3️⃣ Assemble the Quesadillas

  1. Lay one tortilla flat. Sprinkle a layer of cheese on half of it.
  2. Add a few spoonfuls of the seasoned beef, then crumble the maple bacon over it.
  3. Add another layer of cheese and fold the tortilla in half to seal the filling inside.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

4️⃣ Cook Until Golden

  1. Heat a clean skillet or griddle over medium heat and brush lightly with butter or oil.
  2. Place each folded quesadilla in the pan and cook 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the tortilla is golden brown and crisp, and the cheese has melted.
  3. Transfer to a cutting board and let cool slightly before slicing into triangles.
