- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Set aside. This glaze will bring a sweet and savory flavor to your burgers.
2οΈβ£ Prepare the Burger Patties π
- Form the ground beef into 4 equal-sized patties, making sure not to overwork the meat.
- Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper.
