No-Bake Blueberry Delight Dessert

Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Crust:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand and all crumbs are coated.
  2. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch or 9×13-inch baking dish using the bottom of a measuring cup or spatula.
  3. Place the crust in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to set while you prepare the filling.

2️⃣ Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat again until light and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until the mixture is fully incorporated and airy.
  4. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.

3️⃣ Add the Blueberry Layer:

  1. Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer. Spread gently and evenly to avoid disturbing the lower layer.
