No-Bake Candy Cane Pie (Peppermint Cream Tart)

🎁 Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 ready-made graham cracker crust

Optional homemade crust:

  • 1½ cups finely ground biscuits (graham crackers or Petibör)
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups cold whipped cream (or 1 packet whipped topping + 1 cup cold milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 4–5 crushed candy canes
  • A few drops red food coloring (optional, for a pink tint)

For the Topping:

  • Whipped cream (for piping or dollops)
  • Extra crushed candy canes
