No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls

  • If you prefer a different flavor, you can swap the graham cracker crumbs for crushed cookies, like chocolate cookies or even pretzels for a sweet-salty twist.
  • For an extra indulgent touch, drizzle some melted white chocolate or peanut butter over the cooled balls after they’ve set.
  • If you’re not a fan of coconut oil, you can use butter as a substitute when melting the chocolate. It will give the chocolate a slightly different texture but will still work perfectly.
  • Store the peanut butter cheesecake balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week (if they last that long!). You can also freeze them for up to 2 months—just be sure to let them thaw in the fridge before serving.
