No Bake Peanut Butter Pie 🥜🥧

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes while you prepare the filling.

2️⃣ Make the Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until fully combined and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping using a rubber spatula until light and smooth. Do not overmix.

3️⃣ Assemble the Pie

  1. Pour the peanut butter filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set (overnight is best).
