1️⃣ Prepare the Crust
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes while you prepare the filling.
2️⃣ Make the Filling
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until fully combined and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping using a rubber spatula until light and smooth. Do not overmix.
3️⃣ Assemble the Pie
- Pour the peanut butter filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set (overnight is best).
