No-Bake Pecan Pie Balls – Sweet, Nutty & Irresistible

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Toast the Pecans (Optional but Recommended):

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread chopped pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 6–8 minutes until fragrant. Let cool completely.

2️⃣ Make the Filling:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Add a small pinch of salt if desired to balance the sweetness.
  2. Stir in the chopped pecans until fully coated in the mixture. The texture should be thick and slightly sticky.

3️⃣ Chill and Shape:

  1. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to firm up. This will make it easier to roll into balls.
  2. Once chilled, use a small scoop or spoon to portion out and roll into 1-inch balls.
