: No Bake Reese’s Krispy Treat Cookies

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside, then place your Rice Krispies in a large mixing bowl. The parchment prevents sticking and makes cleanup effortless. Using a spacious bowl makes coating the cereal much easier.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the corn syrup, granulated sugar, and peanut butter. Cook on high heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until the mixture is evenly combined.Stirring frequently helps dissolve the sugar evenly and prevents scorching around the edges. The mixture should be glossy, thick, and smooth by the end.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the Rice Krispies and mix thoroughly.Work quickly while the mixture is still warm so each grain of cereal gets coated. Fold gently to avoid crushing the cereal.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and mix again. The residual heat softens the chips slightly, creating subtle chocolate streaks without fully melting them.
  5. After a couple minutes, mix in your crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups to avoid them fully melting. This timing ensures identifiable chunks throughout the cookies, giving each bite bursts of classic Reese’s flavor.
  6. Scoop your treats out with an ice cream scoop and drop portions onto the lined baking pan. Let them cool briefly, then use your hand or a spatula to slightly flatten each one so they look more like thick cookies instead of round balls.Shaping while still warm helps them hold their structure. Once cooled, they firm into soft-crisp, chewy cookies.

    Enjoy!
