👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix the Liquids:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, eggs, sugar, yeast, and oil.
- Stir vigorously with a whisk or spoon for about 1 minute until the yeast dissolves and the mixture is smooth.
2️⃣ Add the Flour:
- Stir in half of the flour and mix for 2 minutes until incorporated.
- Add the remaining flour and salt, then mix for 5–7 minutes until a smooth, sticky dough forms.
- The dough should be slightly tacky but hold its shape. If too wet, add up to 60 g (½ cup) more flour, a spoonful at a time.
3️⃣ Shape with Spoons:
- Grease two large spoons with oil.
- Scoop generous spoonfuls of the dough and drop them onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
