- Season the salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

- Stir in the baby spinach and cook for another 1β2 minutes until the spinach wilts.
- If using, mix in the grated Parmesan cheese for extra creaminess. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Return the salmon fillets to the skillet, placing them on top of the lemon orzo.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
