Ingredients

  • 16 Oreo cookies, crushed (for the creamy filling and crunch)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened (for the rich, smooth filling)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for sweetness in the cheesecake filling)
  • 4 large donuts (glazed or cream-filled, for the « bun » of the burger)
  • Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate (optional, for drizzling on top)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the crushed Oreo cookies to the mixture, reserving a small amount for garnish. Stir until the crushed cookies are evenly distributed throughout the cheesecake filling.
  2. Prepare the donuts: Slice the donuts in half horizontally, creating a « top » and « bottom » for your donut burger. If you’re using glazed donuts, you can optionally remove a small portion of the glaze for a slightly less sweet filling. Set the donut halves aside.
