Oven-Baked BBQ Ribs Recipe

Notes

  • If you don’t have a preferred barbecue sauce, feel free to use store-bought sauce or make your own at home for a more personalized touch.
  • If you prefer a smokier flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of liquid smoke to the barbecue sauce before applying it to the ribs.
  • If you like your ribs extra saucy, feel free to add an additional layer of barbecue sauce after the ribs finish baking. Some people even like to brush the ribs with sauce after they rest to keep the flavor fresh.
  • For a more intense flavor, marinate the ribs in the dry rub for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. This will give the spices more time to penetrate the meat before cooking.
  • Leftover ribs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, wrap them in foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) until heated through, about 20 minutes.
