1️⃣ Prepare the Cookie Dough 🍪
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
2️⃣ Add the S’mores Filling 🍫🍪
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped peanut butter cups, and graham cracker crumbs into the dough.
- Make sure the marshmallows and peanut butter cups are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
3️⃣ Shape and Bake the Cookies 🍪🔥
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie and roll into balls. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Press each cookie ball slightly to flatten it into a thick disc shape.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is soft and slightly gooey.
4️⃣ Cool and Serve 🍽️
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve warm for a gooey, melty treat, or enjoy them at room temperature for a chewy, delicious bite!
