👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Cookie Dough 🍪

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

2️⃣ Add the S’mores Filling 🍫🍪

  1. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped peanut butter cups, and graham cracker crumbs into the dough.
  2. Make sure the marshmallows and peanut butter cups are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

3️⃣ Shape and Bake the Cookies 🍪🔥

  1. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie and roll into balls. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
  2. Press each cookie ball slightly to flatten it into a thick disc shape.
  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is soft and slightly gooey.

4️⃣ Cool and Serve 🍽️

  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Serve warm for a gooey, melty treat, or enjoy them at room temperature for a chewy, delicious bite!
