๐ช For the Base
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or processed biscuits)
- ยผ cup granulated sugar
- ยฝ cup melted butter
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined. The mixture should resemble wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan using the back of a spoon or flat-bottomed glass.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 10โ15 minutes while you prepare the other layers. This helps it set and hold its shape.
