: Raspberry Ice Cream Cheesecake with Swirl Sauce

๐Ÿช For the Base

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or processed biscuits)
  • ยผ cup granulated sugar
  • ยฝ cup melted butter

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined. The mixture should resemble wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan using the back of a spoon or flat-bottomed glass.
  3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 10โ€“15 minutes while you prepare the other layers. This helps it set and hold its shape.
