Roasted Parmesan Squash Slices

  1. Season:
    Sprinkle each slice lightly with salt and black pepper. Then, generously add grated Parmesan cheese over the top. The cheese will melt and turn golden, adding a salty, crisp topping.
  2. Roast:
    Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 15 minutes, or until the squash is tender and the Parmesan cheese is melted and lightly golden brown. Keep an eye on them near the end of cooking to prevent burning.
  3. Serve:
