Satisfying Spicy Beef Ramen in a Single Pot

Building the Broth

  1. Pour in 4 cups of beef broth and 2 cups of water. Stir to combine, making sure the chili paste and other ingredients are evenly distributed. Bring the broth to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Let the broth simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  2. Once the broth has developed flavor, add the ramen noodles. Drop the noodles into the broth and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. The noodles will absorb the spicy broth and soften, becoming tender and flavorful.
  3. Once the noodles are cooked, return the beef to the pot and stir to combine. Let the beef warm up in the broth for about 1-2 minutes.
